What we build
- Welcome sequences — what every new subscriber sees first, optimized for first conversion
- Abandoned-cart flows (for e-commerce) — recover 10–25% of abandoners on average
- Post-purchase + review-request flows — retention, reviews, repeat orders
- Win-back flows for lapsed customers
- Lead-nurture sequences (B2B) — multi-touch nurture from MQL to SQL
- Campaigns + newsletters — weekly/biweekly/monthly broadcasts
- Transactional email design — order confirmations, shipping notifications, password resets that actually look like your brand
Platforms we work in
- Klaviyo — default for e-commerce
- HubSpot — default for B2B with CRM integration
- Mailchimp — for smaller lists where simplicity wins
- ActiveCampaign — for complex automation needs without HubSpot pricing
- Customer.io / Iterable / Braze — for clients with developer teams and product-led growth needs
Deliverability — the part agencies skip
An email that lands in spam might as well not have been sent. We manage SPF, DKIM, DMARC authentication, monitor sender reputation, segment lists to protect engagement metrics, and handle list hygiene so your sender score doesn't tank.
If your existing list has deliverability problems we run a recovery program — re-engagement sequences, suppression of cold subscribers, and gradual sender-reputation rebuild.
Frequently asked questions — Email & Automation
How often should we email our list?
Depends on the audience and the offer. Most e-commerce brands do well at 2–4 emails per week mixing campaigns and flows. B2B is usually 1–2 per week. We test frequency against revenue per recipient, not opens.
Can you migrate us from one ESP to another?
Yes. We handle full migrations from Mailchimp → Klaviyo, HubSpot → ActiveCampaign, or any common path, including list transfer, flow recreation, template rebuild, deliverability warmup, and historical analytics export.
What about SMS marketing?
Yes. SMS works best when it's a complement to email, not a replacement. We set up SMS in Klaviyo, Attentive, or Postscript with TCPA-compliant opt-in flows and integrated with the email program.
