Full identity build typically 8–12 weeks from kickoff to final rollout. Logo-only work is faster (3–5 weeks). Multi-brand or sub-brand systems can run longer.

Do we own the brand assets?

Yes — full intellectual property transfer at delivery. You own the logo, the typography license (we transfer it to you), the color system, the documentation, all of it.

What if our existing brand mostly works but needs refresh?

Brand refresh is a separate scope from ground-up rebuild. Refresh keeps what works (often the wordmark) and modernizes type, color, voice, and asset application. Typical 4–6 week project.
